The Solar Council
The Solar Council is dedicated to the peaceful and profitable exploitration of Near Earth space - that being within our dearly beloved home Solar System.
The Solar Council will guide and inform the expansion of the currently Earth-bound human civilisation as it expands beyond the bounds of it's present sole planet location throughout the Solar System.
However, the process of undergoing this expansion will need legal and regulatory certainty to guide this process and this is where the Solar Council comes in as a transnational body designed to provide that certainty to the entrepreneurs and buccaneers willing to take the risk to explore and exploit the riches available in the Solar System and to stake their territory.
But of course, not just any territory in the Solar System should be available on a first-come first-served basis - although this is by far the best option available for the vast majority of object floating around in the Solar System.
